The Clarkston Farmers' Market Welcomes You!

The Clarkston Farmers’ Market is a registered non-profit organization designed with the intention of providing an outlet for area farms to flourish by selling what they grow within their local area.  The growers provide our community with fresh locally grown produce, goods and art.  We work to create a market that will stimulate the downtown and area businesses and create a sense of place, with locally grown food at the heart of the community.

Founded and run by members of the community, the market gathers local growers and artists in the Historic District of Clarkston (across from Depot Park) from June thru October, on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am – 12:00 noon.

At the market you will experience your community up close combined with some of the area’s finest organics, fruits, vegetables, honeys and syrups, flowers, soaps, fibers, linens, and various works of art.  Musicians, animals, the nearby river, and the closeness of downtown create an inviting place for pedestrians and people on bicycles to frequent the market.  Stop by the yellow market umbrellas up front to meet the market team and purchase a basket.  The baskets help fund the running costs of the farmers’ market and support a village of weavers in Ghana.  For more information about the baskets 'click here'.

The 2011 market season is ready for applications.
